Exercises/Home Therapy

Elbow

Dr. Peterson would like you to perform your flexbar exercises daily. You should perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions daily (a total of 45 reps). Each rep should take approximately 4-5 seconds to complete and you should rest 1 minute between the sets. Once you have built up strength and pain/inflammation are reduced (typically 2-3 weeks) you may go perform the 3 sets, twice daily.
